SYSTEM POLICY
- Enhance customer satisfaction by consistently delivering quality and reliable services that not only meet but exceed the needs and expectations of our customers and other relevant interested parties.
- Ensure that all our services conform to applicable contractual, legal, and statutory requirements,
whether internally adopted or specified by the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system standard. - Maintain a workforce that is skilled, qualified, and professional by providing capacity development training to all employees.
- Regularly update our quality objectives and communicate this quality policy to all relevant interested parties.
- Continuously enhance the effectiveness and relevance of our quality management system by periodically reviewing this policy and quality management system documentation.
- Ensure that management is fully committed to the quality goals, objectives and policy, and its decisions adequately reflect this.
CORPORATE
OBJECTIVES
- Monitor and improve customer perception on service quality by obtaining feedback on overall service delivery annually to target a minimum aggregate satisfaction score of 90% in 2025.
- Create and maintain a friendly work environment that enhances employee morale and productivity through the provision of professional development training for a minimum of 40% of staff annually.
- Obtain an aggregate bi-annual satisfaction rating of 70% from a minimum of 70% of staff on job satisfaction.
- Reduce the incidence of non-conformance on externally provided services to a maximum of one non conformance biannually by implementing a comprehensive selection process, effective communication of requirements, routine performance evaluation of service providers, and
regular inspection of procured products or services. - Achieve a 25% biannual drop in the number of customer complaints through efficient integration of lessons learned from similar complaints into the quality management system.
- Achieve 100% on-time project delivery in 2025.
